Incorporating DEI in People, Policies & Projects

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are finally demanding our attention, as values, are becoming a decisive factor for our members and stakeholders. Associations have been ignoring this for long, but now they are finally stepping up. 

However, adding this to an Association's Strategy is one thing, translating it in operations is another. Theory is all good, but how do we make it work in real situations? 

ESAE launched its DEI charter earlier this year, to work as a compass for our own activities, but also as an inspirarion for our members and the wider Associations Communities. This session that will take a deep dive into DEI will aim to answer practical questions and inspire change.
