Let's start thinking about Inclusion.

Although we have covered a lot of ground talking about Diversity in our organisations, especially in terms of gender balance and wage parity (check out ESAE's DEI declaration here), we still have a lot of progress to achieve regarding Inclusion.

How are Associations tackling ageism in the workplace? And what about including staff members or volunteer leaders of diverse sexual inclinations?
