Crafting Events to Engage Multi-Generational Communities

11:30 - 12:30

"Nothing about us, without us!" In the session, we delved into the keys to designing events that bridged generational gaps. We dispelled clichés with a panel of young professionals and representatives from a range of sectors, who shared their motivations and expectations. We explored case studies, engaged in creative brainstorming, and used lateral thinking to generate 'out-of-the-box' ideas for crafting inclusive events. Together, we created experiences that resonated across diverse generations.

This insight on the application of DEI in the way we work, along with its monitoring, allowed for a roundtable to discuss best practices and understood how to overcome challenges in their management of this important aspect.
