Masterclass: Decision-making in Associations & How to Avoid Unconcious Bias

Association leaders often make decisions that involve complex structures and multiple levels. While weighing the pros and cons of a decision and mapping out the potential outcomes, it's important to be aware of the influence of unconscious biases on our decision-making process and its results. 

These biases can arise from various factors such as our environment, cultural background, origin, and social and economic status, among others. However, becoming aware of these biases can help us avoid them, leading to healthier organizations, happier teams, and more effective leadership.
