About the Event

Associations are starting to plan work after the pandemic, and one thing is clear: It is not going to be the same as before. As we are considering different alternatives, new questions arise about the legal and HR issues, but also about the strategy of the Organisation as a whole. Association Leaders will need to make some serious adjustments to make sure that their team is equally efficient while working from home, at least some days of the week, ensuring the well-being of their colleagues. 

ESAE's Leadership Circle, in collaboration with administration and payroll experts at Acerta, have designed a webinar that will answer topical questions related with HR and Legal, but will also look at the broader picture and the strategic decisions Association Executives will need to take in order to ensure that the organisation filfills its mission in this "new normal".
