Did anyone discuss workplace well-being before the COVID-19 pandemic? And if they did, were they truly listened to?
The Association sector, as a whole, didn't give much attention to this topic, which has become more evident with the growing stress and burnout experienced in recent years.
Associations are struggling due to staff shortages, adding to the already heavy workload and difficulties in retaining colleagues. Once we acknowledge this problem, we can work together to find solutions and support each other in our work. This webinar aims to provide practical advice on promoting mental health for Association executives and their staff.
The discussion will follow the Chatham House rule.
