Crafting Events to Engage Multi-Generational Communities

11:30 - 12:30

"Nothing about us, without us!" In the session, we delved into the keys to designing events that bridged generational gaps. We dispelled clichés with a panel of young professionals and representatives from a range of sectors, who shared their motivations and expectations. We explored case studies, engaged in creative brainstorming, and used lateral thinking to generate 'out-of-the-box' ideas for crafting inclusive events. Together, we created experiences that resonated across diverse generations.
