Following up on ESAE's session on Policy Manifestos and Associations Impact at the European Parliament, this session focused on what Associations could do with their manifestos. From promotion and crafting compelling spin-offs to measuring success, we had a forward-looking and open discussion on how to make the most of your manifesto.
Crafting Events to Engage Multi-Generational Communities

"Nothing about us, without us!" In the session, we delved into the keys to designing events that bridged generational gaps. We dispelled clichés with a panel of young professionals and representatives from a range of sectors, who shared their motivations and expectations. We explored case studies, engaged in creative brainstorming, and used lateral thinking to generate 'out-of-the-box' ideas for crafting inclusive events. Together, we created experiences that resonated across diverse generations.
Engraining Sustainability into your Association’s DNA

During the session, professionals from different fields and backgrounds discussed how associations could embed the values of sustainability and legacy into their culture, strategy, and operations. Participants heard from associations that had successfully integrated sustainability and from those who were just starting their journey. They engaged in open dialogue, asked questions, shared experiences, and learned from best practices.
Leading, Managing, Innovating - Finding the Perfect Mix

Association leaders must align their strategy with diverse stakeholder needs while navigating external trends and internal challenges. The co-creation session offered them a hands-on opportunity to exchange experiences, address challenges, and collectively devise solutions. The session was facilitated by a diverse panel representing various association facets, including trade associations, professional societies, and management companies of all sizes. This was a unique opportunity for leaders to come together, learn from each other, and develop innovative solutions to the challenges they encounter.
Mastering DEI Strategies for Organisational Excellence

In this community session, we showcased the experience of an Association rolling out Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) actions in their daily work. This insight on the application of DEI in the way we work, along with its monitoring, allowed for a roundtable to discuss best practices and understood how to overcome challenges in their management of this important aspect.
