Policy Director

FEFCO is looking for an experienced Policy Director to lead the organization’s policy and advocacy efforts across Europe.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic policy initiatives, engage with EU institutions, national authorities, and industry stakeholders, and represent FEFCO in key policy discussions. You will provide guidance to internal committees and the leadership team, conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making, and work closely with communications teams to convey FEFCO’s policy positions effectively.

Operations & Project Manager

Director IT & Digitalization

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive IT and digitalization strategy aligned with Eureka’s vision and strategic goals. This role involves modernizing IT infrastructure, driving the adoption of advanced technologies, data management and strengthening cybersecurity to safeguard sensitive information. The Director will work closely with internal teams, the representatives of the Network and external partners to optimize digital workflows, enhance user experience across platforms, and enable data-driven decision-making. Additionally, they will  build a high-performing IT and Digitalisation team, spearhead organisational change and cultivate a culture of continuous technological evolution within the Secretariat.​
