Bioenergy Europe is looking for an Office Operations & Administration Assistant to help run daily office operations, assist with ENplus® certification tasks, and support events and team activities. You will coordinate with service providers, manage correspondence, and maintain a welcoming office environment.

​

We seek candidates fluent in English, highly organised, autonomous, and detail-oriented. Experience in office management, administration, or certification is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.

​

This full-time position is based in Brussels, starting as soon as possible, with the option of a 6-month paid internship followed by a permanent contract or direct permanent employment.
