In this newly created role, you will lead the development of visual communications materials from the rich pool of data, reports and policy/regulatory analysis of the organisation, contributing heavily to reaching WEC’s Advocacy and Thought Leadership goals and enhancing the organisation’s visibility. You will also manage the organisation’s website content and social media accounts, elevating the visibility of WEC’s messaging online and on-site.

The Technical Director supports the Secretary General in all association matters, ensuring a favourable and non-discriminatory regulatory environment for the European pet food industry through legislation or voluntary standards. The role involves proactively engaging with European decision-makers and national associations to strengthen FEDIAF’s lobbying efforts. The Technical Director represents FEDIAF on key technical and regulatory issues with external stakeholders and enhances the organisation's engagement on sustainability. The position also includes the management of a small team of regulatory and technical affairs professionals.
