Ecsite is seeking a proactive and highly organised Finance and Administration Officer to join its Brussels-based team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative management of the organisation, including accounting processes, budget administration, office operations, and financial reporting. Working closely with colleagues across Events, Communications & Membership, and Human Resources, the Finance and Administration Officer will also support event coordination, membership administration, and the smooth running of the office, contributing to the success of Ecsite's international network. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brussels.

Working closely with the ESAE team and the programme's alumni and stakeholder network, the successful candidate will own the recruitment pipeline from lead generation to enrolment, design and manage the CRM, run online and onsite information sessions, guide applicants through the admissions process, and contribute to the programme's recruitment targets while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
