Association Leaders Forum IBTM 2024

Following the success of the 2023 IBTM Association Leaders Forum, ESAE has designed the programme for the 2024 edition! 

We have tapped into the knowledge of our members to cover both practical and strategic issues that Association Leaders are facing today, putting people with first-hand experience at the forefront. The programme will tackle: 

• The need to balance executive governance and risk management with innovation and adaptation to challenges.
• The integration of Artificial Intelligence in Associations' strategic planning, and how to use the possibilities offered by digital tools to make conferences and events more impactful, engaging and financially sustainable while continuing the commitment to establish a greener future. 
• Changes in human resources, trying to understand how to prevent burnout while equipping staff members with the right tools and upskilling them to perform efficiently.
• Dealing with the potential impacts of elections happening around the globe in 2024.

All these topics will be tackled during our interactive sessions, comprising provocative debates, introduction of case studies and high-level presentations.
