About the Event
This year’s Association Leaders Forum will focus on co-creation. Using the collective intelligence of Association professionals from around the world, we will come up with ways to turn a risk into opportunities.
Today’s perma-crisis is multilayered: From travel disruptions, to rising prices, and from geopolitical uncertainty to a decrease in member engagement, Associations are forced to hedge against liabilities and come up with creative new ways to better serve their members and partners.
With a combination of short, inspiring talks, and co-working sessions, we invite the participants to become the protagonists of this year’s Association Leaders Forum. Together we will come up with Strategies to increase our Association’s efficiency and output, improving the experience of our members, while ensuring financial resilience.
