Join us for a special presentation of Rafael Plata's new book on trade Association leadership and management.
Trade associations play a critical role in representing industries, shaping policy, and creating value for their members. Yet, leading these organisations requires balancing diverse interests, managing complex governance structures, and responding to a rapidly changing environment.
During this event, Rafael Plata will present the key findings from his book on trade Association leadership and management. Drawing on international case studies and interviews with Association leaders, he will explore how trade Associations in Europe are structured, how they are led, and the main challenges they face today.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A with the author and an opportunity to network with peers from the Association community.
