Conference Stakeholders: From suppliers to allies

Association Events are more than a business, they are a unique opportunity to align vision and mission with strategic objectives, to create long-lasting impact. By re-evaluating the relationships that an Association builds with the various stakeholders that take part in the planning and execution of a small or large conference, a wealth of opportunities can arise to bring value not only the delegates, but to the whole ecosystem.

Following ESAE’s successful workshop “Redesigning Association-Destinations Partnerships” which took place in Brussels earlier this year, this interactive discussion will broaden the circle and will add representatives from Hotels, Conference Centers, Exhibitors, and Transportation suppliers, to discuss how Association Events can benefit from aligning all the stakeholders involved.

The event is a co-production between ESAE, the Copenhagen Convention Bureau, and Radisson Hotel Group, and will be hosted at the esteemed Radisson Collection in Brussels.
