Conference Stakeholders: From suppliers to allies

Association Events are more than just a business. They are a unique opportunity contribute to the vision and mission of the association whilst at the same time align and deliver on the strategic objectives of both association and the destination in which it is held. By re-evaluating and further exploring the relationships, that an Association builds with the various destination stakeholders taking part in the planning and execution of a small or large conferences, a wealth of mutual beneficial opportunities can arise to bring value not only to the delegates, but to the whole ecosystem.
