A webinar that will explore how already established Associations can shift their focus and realign their strategy in order to actively start doing Advocacy in an efficient, professional, and cost-effective way. 

Many Associations find themselves in the need to re-allocate their resources to invest more in Advocacy, either because of a shift in the EU priorities or because of a shift in the focus of their members. To do so in an optimal way, they will need to set up clear objectives and KPIs, retrain or repurpose personnel, outsource some of their activities or even build coalitions with other stakeholders.
