The European Association Summit & Awards is the annual gathering for Association professionals across Europe! Over the years, the Summit has established itself as a key reference point for peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. Organised by ESAE, the 2026 edition is crafted by and for Association leaders, with a strong focus on co-creation, collaborative learning, and celebrating excellence within our community.
The overarching theme of EAS 2026 is Define Tomorrow, Act Today: Leading Together for Impact. It reflects our shared commitment to shaping the future of associations through decisive, collective action.
