Risk is rising. From political instability to inflated prices, and from cyberattacks to terrorist threats and working in a competitive environment, Associations never had such a hard time planning and delivering their Conferences & Events.
However, risk can be mapped and also be seen as an opportunity for an Association. Building on the Copenhagen Risk Navigator, which offers a comprehensive approach to Risk, the workshop will give the opportunity to Association Event Leaders to work in groups and come up with ideas on how to render our organisations more resilient, adaptive, and impactful.
