About the Event

It is convenient to summarise Association meetings and events as “education, networking and seeing the latest from suppliers…” but what if by doing so we significantly understate their value? What if we define their core purpose as driving and supporting change? Ultimately, creating real value comes from helping members to prepare for the future.

We believe if we think differently about events they can be harnessed to enhance an association's impact, motivate members and act as drivers of change.

However, the limitations of traditional success measures are an obstacle. Changing how we define and measure success is not a straightforward task but taking a strategic view on the purpose of your event is a crucial first step to generating more value for the association.

Associations that embrace change-driving events will naturally move towards becoming more agile and responsive. Events can be a tangible demonstration of doing something new, a test-bed for new (sometimes risky) ideas, and act as a momentum builder that makes necessary change feel positive.

The event is organised with the support of our strategic partner Exempla with case studies from ESAE members.

If you are a change lover and want to set your operational concerns aside for a few hours to wrap your head around some big questions, then this session is for you!

All ESAE events are free for our members. Not a member yet? Join us Here!
