About the Event

Who is in charge of Operations within an Association?

For smaller structures, it's clear that the CEO (Managing/Executive Director, SecGen...) does everything!

As Associations evolve, though, this can vary, and we come across titles that span from "Office Manager" to "Head of Operations", "COO", or even "Deputy CEO". Even if the titles were not already confusing, the scope and responsibilities of the position heavily differ from on Association to the other. While some focus heavily on Administration, others include Finances, External Projects, or even the organisation's Digital transition.

This session aims to bring some clarity to the role, in the context of professionalising Association Management. 3 Association Leaders in charge of Operations in their respective organisations will come together to explain what they do daily, how their role has evolved, and what their main challenges are.

This in-person session is aimed at high- and mid-seniority Association Executives and is exclusive…
