About the Event
COVID-19 pandemic disrupted business as usual and reveal weaknesses of the business models of many associations. The online workshop will help association executives to identify opportunities, rethink business model and understand where investment should be made for both short term recovery and long term sustainability. The session will be interactive and peers with the help of experts will work on hypothetical budget scenarios for two different types of associations.
