Building on the success of our lively session at EAS 2025, this online session of our Governance and DE&I community brings back the card deck with the Board characters. This is an open conversation to analyse selected Board roles – such as the visionary, the difficult one, the sceptic, the data-driven analyst, or the quiet observer – and share strategies on how to manage and positively engage with each persona during board decision-making.
