European and International Associations are going through accelerating changes as the landscape rapidly changes, both within their respective industries and because of external factors. Digitalisation, growing risks due to political and environmental crises, inflation and the influx of a new generation in the workplace with different priorities and cultural backgrounds are forcing Associations to professionalise fast. The role of Association Leaders is more pivotal than ever, but are we up to the challenge?
