Quantifying outcomes for Associations

Associations often set goals but struggle to follow up on them. This can be challenging for Association Executives, as priorities can shift when volunteer leadership changes. Success or failure may depend on arbitrary factors that are difficult to quantify. 

This situation not only affects the staff's well-being but also creates obstacles for Associations to increase their impact and leave a long-term legacy. Without knowing how to measure their impact, how can they change things for the better?
