About the Event
During this event, we will discuss effective ways to engage with members and encourage volunteerism for your Association. Having more volunteers on board is crucial to achieving your Association's goal, especially when the Secretariat operates with limited resources.Â
Volunteerism is a reflection of member engagement, ensuring relevant content, good governance, and ultimately, sustainable membership in the long run. Trade Associations and Professional Societies may be different in the way volunteer leadership is helping serve its mission and vision, but common good practices can help alleviate these differences and provide inspiring examples for other organisations to follow.Â
Don't miss the opportunity to be part of the conversation! If you have best practices or case studies to share, don't hesitate to let us know!Â
This session is ideal for C-suite Association Executives, Membership/Community Managers, staff who are involved in Governance, and even Board members who are looking for better ways to involve their peers. Â
All ESAE events are free for our members. Not a member yet? Make sure to apply today and get access to all our knowledge and networking opportunities.Â
