About the Event
8 months into the Covid pandemic and the shift that it causes in the ways that Associations work and advocate not only is tremendous but will have a lasting effect. Most Associations have already switched to digital in an effort to reach their stakeholders and help their members be heard in this new virtual environment. Others are in the process of doing so. Clearly, the future is digital. But is this enough?
Associations need to reconfigure not only the means of their influence but also their goals and the desired outcome. Their members’ needs are different now and so are the priorities of their stakeholders. In order to adapt, Leaders will need to redesign the Governance models, Communication priorities and awareness activities. At the same time, they will have to adopt flexible working conditions and attract top talent. Retraining and reevaluating will be key and if continuous learning was considered important in the age before Covid, it is of paramount importance now.
Join us on 24 November for an all-round examination of how Association Leaders need to change the way they Advocate in the post-pandemic landscape and be part of the change.
