Women in leadership: pride or prejudice?

Following ESAE's high-level December workshop, "Mapping the skills of great Association Leaders", ESAE’s Leadership Circle proposes to openly discuss the challenges and experiences around women leadership in European associations. 

During this session, Association Leaders, with the contribution of an expert, will put on the table items for discussion between peers, which will help us identify the achievements and the way ahead for gender issues in our profession.
