Effective decision-making is at the heart of leadership, and this session explored how cognitive

processes, emotional influences, and unconscious biases shape judgments. On December 5, 2024, ESAE hosted a Masterclass session on "Uncovering the Science Behind Decision-Making,

Unconscious Bias, and Leadership." Participants gained valuable insights into improving their

leadership styles, fostering collaboration, and aligning decisions with strategic goals to navigate

organizational challenges more effectively.
